Patrick Glowacki to Vice President (Lansing)
Pat is a Project Manager in our Lansing office with 30 years of experience in the field. He works across a variety of studios and projects including Android Industries Flint to Spring Arbor University. He has worked with Hobbs+Black for over 12 years.
Martin Ruiter, AIA, LEED AP to Vice President (Lansing)
Marty has been with Hobbs+Black for almost 7 years and has been instrumental in managing projects in Hobbs+Black’s Lansing office. He works primarily with Hobbs+Black’s Educational, Municipal and Industrial clients. Projects he has contributed to include various Mid Michigan Community College projects, Allegan County Road Commission’s New Operations Facility, and Lansing Catholic High School’s new weight room addition, auditorium renovations, and campus master plan.
Anthony Kraatz, AIA, NCARB to Senior Associate (Ann Arbor)
Tony began at Hobbs+Black as a co-op student for 2 years and continued with the Retail Studio for the next 10 years. Tony has played an integral part on projects including The Mall at Partridge Creek, The Mall of San Juan, and the Cherry Creek North Pad Redevelopment.
Ryan Wrigley to Senior Associate (Ann Arbor)
Ryan has been an integral part of growing Hobbs+Black’s Interior Design department for almost 5 years. She exceeds at facilitating tenant improvement projects and maintains excellent relationships with property management companies. She has contributed to projects including the Two Men and a Truck Headquarters, Saint Mary Mercy Hospital, and the Consumers Energy Jackson Innovation Center.
David Nims to Senior Associate (Ann Arbor)
David has been with Hobbs+Black for over 8 years and has led several projects across all studios. David works closely with clients to develop creative solutions that achieve as well as expand upon their goals. He develops award-winning designs for projects including Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizers as the 2015 CAM Construction Project of the Year and the DNR Outdoor Adventure Center as the CREW Detroit 2015 Special Impact Project of the Year.
Hobbs+Black also announces the promotions of Laura LeVasseur, Ernesto Whitsitt, Allison McPhail, and Jonathan Pearn in the Ann Arbor office, and Tim Pulley in the Phoenix office, to Associate, and Erin Bailey in the Ann Arbor office to Office Manager.
