Cushman & Wakefield announced that CRG Financial Partners, LLC sold 18.1 acres at the southeast corner of Loop 303 and El Mirage Road in Maricopa County for $3.5 million to Scottsdale-based AV Homes of Arizona, LLC. Brian Rosella of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.

AV Homes of Arizona, the developer and builder of active adult and conventional home communities in Florida, Arizona and the Carolinas, is planning 85 preliminary platted residential lots for the site.

“The Northwest Valley is the most sought-after submarket for builders and one of the hardest places to find land. AV Homes will offer high-quality entry level homes which is generally needed in the area,” said Rosella.

With easy access to the Loop 303 and the newly built interchange at El Mirage Road, the area is located close to recreational amenities such as Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia, Surprise Stadium and is less and 15 miles from Lake Pleasant.
