JDA Software relocates headquarters to Scottsdale Quarter
WP GLIMCHER and CBRE have announced that JDA Software Group, Inc. (JDA) has signed a ±55,530-square-foot lease at Scottsdale Quarter’s new ±170,000 SF Class A, mixed-use building in North Scottsdale, Ariz. Located at the southeast corner of the high-end lifestyle center, the six-story tower will be the new home of the Scottsdale-based software company’s corporate headquarters. JDA will occupy twofloors in the new office tower.
CBRE’s Brad Anderson, Michael Strittmatter and Lauren Anderson represented the landlord and developer, WP GLIMCHER in negotiating the long-term lease. Peter Menna and Devpal Gupta with Cushman & Wakefield represented JDA.

This lease is a relocation for JDA, currently headquartered at 14400 N 87th Street in Scottsdale, Arizona. JDA is a leading provider of supply chain, retail and omni-channel solutions to more than 4,000 companies in the manufacturing, distribution, transportation, retail and service industries.

WP GLIMCHER broke ground on Block M at Scottsdale Quarter late last summer and office tenants are expected to begin occupancy later this year. The new tower features premier office
space above ground-floor retail, plus an additional parking garage for both tenants and visitors. IBEX Construction out of New York City is the general contractor for the building. American Girl, the anchor retail tenant, recently opened their 12,000 square foot experiential store. The store, which is the first in the state of Arizona, hosted its grand opening August 22 and 23.
“JDA’s lease at the Quarter is really indicative of current office trends both locally and nationally. Companies recognize that in order to attract top talent they need to offer amenity-rich work environments like the Quarter,” said CBRE’s Anderson.
This is the second major company to bring its corporate headquarters to Scottsdale Quarter. Last fall Apogee Physicians inked a ±27,727 square-foot, long-term lease to occupy the building’s entire top floor.
Scottsdale Quarter, which sits on 28 acres at the southeast corner of Scottsdale Road and the Greenway-Hayden Loop, includes over 400,000 square feet of upscale retail, restaurant and entertainment options and 240,000 square feet of class A office space. The new six-story building features contemporary architecture perfectly integrated into the project, with high ceilings and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
Following the development of all of phase three, Scottsdale Quarter will be a 1.2 million square foot lifestyle center offering a premier, experience-centered environment. The addition of the luxury residential component of Crescent Scottsdale Quarter, combined with the existing upscale retail amenities, provides office tenants a premium, all-inclusive environment.
Developed by WP GLIMCHER, Scottsdale Quarter features an array of restaurants and specialty and fashion retailers, including Restoration Hardware, SuitSupply, Intermix, iPic Theaters, NIKE, Dominick’s Steakhouse, Free People, CALYPSO St. Barth, H&M, Apple Store, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, Zinburger and True Food Kitchen. Scottsdale Quarter is also home to other prominent office tenants, including Maracay Homes, iCrossing, Cities West Publishing Inc. and Superior Home Services.
