The Land Agency sells 36-acre parcel in Sundance for $5.675M
The Land Agency, an Arizona-based land brokerage firm, announced today the successful closing of +/- 36 acres within the Buckeye, Arizona, masterplan community of Sundance. Sundance includes family and active adult housing and a 18 hole golf course. Howard Weinstein and Patty Lafferty of The Land Agency represented the sellers. The purchase price was $5,675,000.
The buyer, Innovation Villas, intends to construct a “build for rent” housing community. The sellers included Mission Land and Sundance Cove, both LLC’s.
Weinstein, Founding Principal, noted, “We are thrilled to be a part of this transaction in Buckeye and we believe this will be the first community of its’ kind south of Interstate I10 in Buckeye.”

Brokerage firm sells 34 acres at Yuma and Apache roads in Buckeye
The Land Agency announced today the successful closing of +/- 34 acres at Yuma and Apache for $2,380,000. Patty Lafferty and Howard Weinstein of the brokerage firm represented the seller, Leaf Verde RV Resort, LLC. Sage Creek Companies was the buyer.
Lafferty, Principal with The Land Agency, noted, “We are privileged to be a part of this transaction. This property is suited for a variety of uses which will accommodate the significant growth occurring in the immediate area.”
