Langley Properties buys 709 acres in Florence for $21.7M

Langley Properties acquired 709 acres of land in Florence for $21,700,000, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The seller was Sunbelt Holdings.

The sale price breaks down to $30,606.49 per acre. The land is located at the southeast corner of Arizona Farms and Felix roads in Florence. Vizzda reported that the buyers intend to finish the entitlement process for a large master-planned community.

Nate Nathan of Nathan & Associates acted as the broker for both the buyer and seller.
