Located in Downtown Phoenix, the firm’s new office is strategically situated in the heart of the city’s central business district and cultural core — within four blocks of the Phoenix Convention Center, Chase Field and the Mortgage Matchup Center. Establishing an office in Phoenix marks an important milestone in Latitude 33’s continued growth and strengthens its ability to serve clients and communities across Arizona and the broader Southwest.

Latitude 33 will also leverage its presence Phoenix to attract and recruit new talent. As of Fall 2025, Arizona State University (ASU) alone had more than 650 civil engineering undergraduates in the pipeline, and it confers roughly 125 new civil engineering bachelor’s degrees annually. With a growing portfolio of projects and an expanding presence in new markets, Latitude 33 is continually recruiting civil engineers and additional team members to meet increasing client demand and strengthen its capabilities.

The opening of a new Phoenix office is part of Latitude 33’s organic geographic expansion in recent years. With well-established headquarters in San Diego, the firm opened an office in downtown Los Angeles in March 2024 to serve its clients in Ventura, Riverside, Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Subsequently, the firm opened an office in Burbank, CA, home to a fully staffed survey team to serve Los Angeles and the surrounding region. The firm also has an Inland Empire office and a Northern California office in Sacramento, CA.
