Soltrust has selected Mark-Taylor Residential to provide third-party management services for Sonoran Row, a new 259-home luxury townhome community in North Phoenix.

Located at 2800 W. Sonoran Desert Drive, the community expands rental housing options in one of the Valley’s fastest-growing areas, offering convenient access to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), the Shops at Norterra and a growing mix of employment, dining and retail destinations.
