After 25 years of doing business in the Valley and the firm’s recent successes, LevRose Commercial Real Estate decided it was time to remodel and expand its Scottsdale headquarters to reflects today’s modernized offices, which was unveiled last week with many of Scottsdale’s business and community leaders in attendance.

Close to 100 guests attended the LevRose grand re-opening event at 4414 N. Civic Center Plaza #100, Scottsdale, AZ  85251, including State Representative Michelle Ugenti-Rita, Scottsdale Chamber President Mark Heigel, local Scottsdale PD and many area business CEOs. The pinnacle of the night was marked by Scottsdale Mayor W.J. “Jim” Lane conducting a ribbon cutting and saying a few words, signifying LevRose’s strong commitment to the Scottsdale commercial real estate market and a continuation of the work marked by decades of experience in the area.

“Our location in Scottsdale has been so integral to our growth over the last 25 years, so to have this important milestone coincide with our remodel is very exciting,” said Jon Rosenberg, LevRose managing partner and designated broker.

LevRose’s remodel was based on a need for more space resulting in it looking at logical ways to add room while, at the same time, using the opportunity to completely modernize the offices. Elements of the fresh floor plan incorporate an open kitchen area, huge conference space, new furniture, lighting, and flooring throughout – as well as a workout room.

“The refurbishment creates a more modern, open feel to the space, while also providing room for additional team members as needed. The expansion was a fitting occurrence on its 25th. Anniversary,” Rosenberg said. “We grew from a folding table and chairs in a one-room office to a team that includes a brokerage and property management firm, several partners and 50-plus people. This is a far cry from what Bob Levine and I could have ever envisioned 25 years ago.”

The two and a half decades haven’t always been easy, though. Rosenberg notes that how even during a recession, LevRose was able to thrive due to a loyal client base and dedicated team of employees. Additionally over the past two years, LevRose has been instrumental in bringing TCN Worldwide, an international consortium of independent commercial real estate firms to Scottsdale, providing national and international real estate exposure.

LevRose currently has more than 20 brokers specializing in office, retail and industrial markets representing over 200 buildings throughout the Valley, of which one-third are located in Scottsdale. As commercial brokers with a keen focus on Scottsdale, many industry experts regularly refer to LevRose as “the Scottsdale Experts.”

That, among other reasons, was why LevRose was selected out of approximately 50 applicants by the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce and City of Scottsdale economic development department for a new pilot video series named “Downtown Spotlight,” which features small businesses that have a big impacts on the community via a 90-second video.
