The property was acquired by Maricopa County and the seller was D23, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

Michael Kitlica, Jerry Roberts and Pat Boyle with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix represented the seller in the transaction and Keith Lammersen of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the buyer.

“Maricopa County acquired this facility for a regional public health function to greater serve its efforts within the county. We are excited to understand this asset will eventually be home to several hundred county employees which is vital to re-energize the Metro Center submarket,” said Senior Director Michael Kitlica.

Elevate at Dunlap was built in 1988 but completed a multi-million-dollar renovation several years ago. The asset is situated on over six acres and features a two-story parking garage and is also located across from a light rail stop on Dunlap Avenue. The location is also surrounded by several major office tenants along with the highly anticipated billion-dollar renovation of the former Metro Center Mall.
