Cassidy Turley sold Roosevelt Tech Center, a ± 60,458-square-foot mixed-use property at 528 W. 21st St. in Tempe. Enright Roosevelt Tech, LP. (Calgary, Alberta) purchased the property for $5,039,162 ($83.35/psf) from RBI Industrial Properties I, LLC (Irvine, Calif.). Senior Managing Directors Paul Boyle and Rick Danis with Cassidy Turley’s Industrial Group negotiated the transaction for the Buyer while Tim Benson of Westmark Realty Partners represented the Seller.
Built in 1984, Roosevelt Tech Center is a one-story Flex/Light Manufacturing project on 4.57 acres. The property is located approximately 1.5 miles from the I-10, US-60 and Loop 202 freeways with close proximity to the airport. The Buyer plans to hold the building as an investment property. The project was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale.
