RED Development, Life Time, and Clayco celebrated the topping out of Life Time Living at PV, marking the completion of the building’s structural framework and a major milestone in the construction of the 11-story, 327-unit luxury residential community. Totaling approximately 650,000 square feet, the wellness-focused development continues to take shape as part of PV, the more than $2 billion redevelopment of the former Paradise Valley Mall and one of the most significant mixed-use transformations underway in Phoenix.
The topping out ceremony celebrated the project reaching its highest structural point and honored the skilled craft professionals whose work has brought the building to this milestone. As part of the longstanding construction tradition, project partners signed the final steel beam before it was hoisted into place, recognizing the teamwork, craftsmanship and commitment to safety that continue to drive the project forward.
“Reaching this height is a proud moment, and it is a glimpse of what is coming,” said Eric Padget, Vice President of Real Estate and Life Time Living. “When Life Time Living Paradise Valley opens in 2027, its 327 residences will connect directly to the club next door, giving members a complete lifestyle built around total well-being. It’s our fifth Life Time Living community, and we could not be prouder.”
Located adjacent to the Life Time athletic club at 12900 N. Tatum Blvd., the residential building will feature a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Residents will enjoy direct access to health and fitness services through an included Life Time Signature membership. Designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative and built by Clayco, the project is a key component of the reimagined 100-acre Paradise Valley development, which brings together dining, entertainment, retail, office and residential destinations into a vibrant mixed-use community.
