NAI Horizon announced the promotion of Shelby Tworek to senior vice president on Monday.
The company — established in 1992 — operates in Arizona as a full-service commercial real estate company and member of the NAI Global commercial real estate network, which is the single largest global network of owner-operated commercial real estate brokerage firms.
“Shelby is a key member of our retail services division,” said Terry Martin-Denning, CEO of NAI Horizon. “His promotion is well deserved and recognizes his talent, expertise and dedication to maximizing the value of opportunities for his clients.”
Shelby’s experience in the retail industry dates back 14 years. It includes work with shopping center development and redevelopment, property disposition, leasing and landlord and tenant representation. His resume includes brand names like Pei Wei, Batteries plus, ShopKo, Planet Fitness, Port of Subs, Denny’s and West Valley Properties.
He graduated from Arizona State University earning a degree in real estate. Today he serves as a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, NAI Board of Advisors, and NAI Global Executive Committee retail council.
