CBRE announces six new leases have been inked at The Quad, a 14-building creative office project encompassing 166,606 square feet at the center of south Scottsdale. The Class A property, which boasts open and collaboration-friendly floor plans, outdoor workspace and myriad amenities, such as tenant amenity space and conference center, a fitness center, dog parks, abundant parking, and an on-site restaurant, Pitch Pizzeria, will soon house Remarkable Health, PCA SKIN, The James Agency, Larson Engineering, MFour and Spiritual Gangster.

“It has been great to see the transformation of the Quad and the recent activity is a testament to significant reinvestment into an area that is in high demand for innovative firms,” said Mayor W.J. “Jim” Lane. “We look forward to welcoming these new companies to Scottsdale and seeing the continued growth of the project.”

Bryan Taute and Charlie von Arentschildt with CBRE’s Phoenix office negotiated the following leases on behalf of the landlord, EverWest Real Estate Partners.

Remarkable Health, a provider of practice management software to the behavioral health and human service communities, will occupy an entire 12,546-square-foot building. Pat Williams with JLL represented Remarkable Health.

PCA SKIN, a Scottsdale-based professional skin care company, has signed a 12,546-square-foot lease for an entire building. Matt Cummings with Keyser negotiated the lease on behalf of PCA SKIN.

The James Agency, a Scottsdale-based full-service advertising agency will relocate to an 8,278-square-foot space at The Quad. Geoff Turbow with LevRose represented the firm.

Larson Engineering will take 6,376 square feet of office space. Cresa’s Brian Black and Lisa Black represented Larson Engineering.

MFour, a developer of mobile surveys and research software, and creator of Survey On The Go®, will open its second office at The Quad. Headquartered in Irvine, California, the Scottsdale office will encompass 4,268 square feet. MFour was represented by Bill Bayless with CBRE’s Phoenix office.

Spiritual Gangster, a Los-Angeles-based yoga inspired clothing brand, will occupy 4,268 square feet of space.

“The Quad’s high-quality creative space and amenities have been major drivers in attracting tenants both locally and from outside of Arizona” said CBRE’s von Arentschildt. “There is very little office product of this caliber available in the market today, and we’re glad companies are embracing both the quality and creative vision of The Quad.”

“We sought out to deliver a quality, one-of-a-kind creative office community, and tenant demand has proven this to be a need in Scottsdale,” said Amr Ceran, senior director with EverWest. “We thank all of the brokers who have worked on bringing an impressive and a diverse group of tenants to The Quad and who have helped us make our community a success leading up to delivery of Phase II.”

Phase I of the Quad completed construction in April of this year. Phase II, which began construction in March and is set to deliver in December of this year, is comprised of seven free-standing buildings at 12,546 square feet each. Existing tenants of The Quad include Opendoor, Forward Tilt and 3Engineering.

The Quad is located minutes from downtown Scottsdale and downtown Tempe, and is approximately three miles from Loop 101 and Loop 202.
