Phoenix Commercial Advisors facilitated the sale of a single-tenant Super Star Car Wash ground lease located on the southeast corner of Interstate 17 and Jomax Road in north Phoenix. The property, located on 1.11 acres at 2675 W. Jomax Road, Phoenix, Ariz., sold for $2,500,000 or $548 per square foot.

The new 4,559-square-foot building went under contract before formally hitting the market to a 1031 buyer. The Super Star Car Wash, anchored by a new Fry’s Marketplace, is part of Union Park at Norterra, a new mixed-use development by RED Development.
