Hopper brings 25 years of diverse real estate experience to Opus. For the past two and a half years, he has served as a development consultant for Opus Development Company, L.L.C. Visnansky has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate transactions, with former positions at Wells Fargo, BBVA Compass Bank and most recently as vice president of commercial real estate with Bank of Arizona. His previous professional ventures focused on finance, underwriting and portfolio management, during which time he was involved in sales and client interactions. Matt graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in marketing, and an emphasis in finance.
“I am excited to join the Opus team,” said Visnansky. “The organization’s integrated approach to commercial real estate development makes it a standout company in the market.”
