The expanded team has attracted significant new talent which will strengthen already established affiliations as well as draw in new business.

The additions and enhancements to the team include:

Michelle Fischer has been promoted to Leasing Associate. Michelle’s decade of experience in Commercial Real Estate, coupled with her history in research, design and reporting provides a dynamic and diverse set of skills to provide the highest level of services to clients.

Bill Cook has joined Plaza as Leasing Associate and Construction Coordinator, providing 10 years of experience in business and real estate management. His background in research, brokerage and construction management will assure smooth transitions between the lease process and tenant move-ins.

Maricella Nunez has joined the firm as Plaza’s Lease Contract Administrator, making use of her 18 years of experience working as a paralegal for law firms in Arizona and California. Maricella’s extensive experience working closely with commercial landlords, title agencies, and Condo/HOA clients, will serve her well in her new position.

Heather Graham has joined the Plaza Team as the new Leasing and Marketing Administrator. Heather’s 16 years of experience in executive administration and human resources will certainly bring her success within the company.
