Brittany Whalen

BACKGROUND: Whalen has emerged as a “go to” creative talent whose curiosity and ambition are matched only by her ability to get things done. In the three years she has spent with RSP, she has nurtured the ability to understand a client’s vision and translate it into viable, sustainable design solutions.

Canyon State Electric

BACKGROUND: Responsible for the company’s 15-person Growth & Development team, DiGuglielmo sets sales strategy and oversees its execution. He also plays a central role in developing talent, launching an apprenticeship program that now trains nearly 80 future journeyman electricians, with the first class set to graduate in 2027.

Zack Harris

SOURCE OF PRIDE: Successfully sourcing and closing a $25 million sale of medical office building in Paradise Valley, one of the most expensive locally-brokered medical office transactions of the year. This transaction, combined with his role in the $20 million sale of Lincoln Medical Center, solidified his reputation as a broker capable of executing institutional-grade deals early in his career.
