The Related Group, an international developer known for its sophisticated metropolitan ‘for-sale’ condominiums, multifamily rental, and mixed-use projects, announced the groundbreaking of Town Chandler, a multifamily project at the crossroads of South Ellis Road and West Frye Road in the City of Chandler, Ariz.
“We are excited to be expanding The Related Group’s footprint in the greater Phoenix area. Town Chandler is the third of multiple Southwestern Division projects that began in 2020,” said Michael D’Andrea, Southwest Regional Vice President.

The new 420-unit luxury residential apartment homes’ address is 2375 W. Frye Road and will be conveniently situated in the desirable area near the freeway stack intersection of the Loop/State Route 202. Nearby Chandler Fashion Center and the Price Corridor employment center featuring leading-edge companies make Town Chandler a sought-out place to live.

The Town Chandler signature property was designed by Todd and Associates and the General Contractor is McShane Construction Company. Upon completion, it will include expansive outdoor open spaces and world class amenities, upscale mid-century modern architectural styling and finishes, and multiple spacious floor plans from which to choose. The first residential units will be available in the summer of 2023 and The Related Group aims to host its grand opening shortly thereafter.
Many shopping and dining amenities, as well as specialized health care facilities, are located nearby. A quick 16-minute drive from Town Chandler will reach Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and its less than a 30-minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale. Town Chandler is also approximately two miles from the Interstate 60 and the I-10.

By the end of 2022, The Related Group is will have broken ground on one additional project which will bring their running total just over 1,450 units – valued at over $400 million of capitalization – to the Phoenix metro market of which it serves.
