11th Annual AZ Dealmakers Conference drawing record numbers

Residential Real Estate | 15 Jan |

A record number of attendees have registered for the 11th Annual AZ Dealmakers Conference, pushing the event to emerge as Arizona’s largest homebuilder industry gathering in more than a decade. Hosted by Belfiore Real Estate Consulting, Arizona’s leading full-service market research firm, this annual event will take palace January 23rd at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa in Scottsdale.

Themed “Innovation in Housing with Today’s Constraints,” the conference agenda boasts an impressive lineup of Arizona’s most influential voices in the homebuilding industry and real estate. Fifteen speakers and panelists will share their insights and predictions on a diverse range of topics from economy to technology, making this is a must-attend event for the homebuilding industry.

“We’re in the most dynamic period for homebuilding that we’ve seen in over a decade,” said Jim Belfiore, Founder and President of Belfiore Real Estate Consulting. “Back in 2005 and 2006 things did not look great, the housing bubble burst and the writing was on the wall.  Today the homebuilding industry is in a completely different place. There’s not enough of supply to meet the demand. This creates a new dynamic, one that plays out in a very different way.  What it means for the homebuilding industry is a tremendous opportunity, and we’re excited to host this event where we will have the chance address the movers and shakers of our industry and stimulate conversations on how we can handle any foreseeable challenges.”

The agenda features:

• State of the State Keynote address by Arizona’s #1 Economist, Elliott Pollack

• “One Big Thing” 10-minute summary from two dynamic leaders

• Housing Super Panel moderated by Jordan Rose will give the straight talk on where the industry is headed

• “The Affordability Conundrum – Seeking Solutions” mini-panel moderated by Mark Stapp

• Arizona Housing Market Overview from Jim Belfiore

The event is open to the public. Registration fee is $115 per person.  For more information or to register, visit belfioreconsulting.com/event/az-dealmakers.
