Envy Residences, the first and only luxury condominium tower to be built in downtown Scottsdale’s Entertainment District has broken ground at 4424 N. 75th St. Created by visionary developer Deco Communities, the highly-anticipated $47M project will bring 89 limited edition high-end residences to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale’s arts, entertainment and restaurants mecca. The first completed residences are expected to be delivered in early 2016.
Deco Communities’ ENVY Residences will be a striking eight-story building with 89 condominiumunits and three levels of underground parking. The residences range inprice from the mid-$300,000s to more than $1 million.
ENVY will fuse art and architecture in the sleek, contemporary concrete and steel construction of the building. The interiors will convey a sense of sophistication and style by focusing on modern living spaces and high quality details in the kitchens and bathrooms. In January, Deco Communities completed the sale of 21 ENVY condominiums, completing the first phase of sales. The initial release of 21condominiums sold out in just under two weeks and were purchased by a number of buyers from Arizona, California, New York and Canada. The units ranged in price from $350,000 to $1.4 million each. Deco Communities says demand is exceptionally strong for high-end, new condominium construction in Scottsdale and across the Valley.

With 10 richly-appointed floor plans including eight sophisticated penthouse designs, ENVY offers units ranging from 750 square feet to more than 2,400 square feet. Each residence will have modern amenities, including European-style kitchens with Bosch appliances, 9-to 11-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, backsplashes, designer fixtures and hardware, spacious walk-in closets, wood floors and large balconies.
