Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, Arizona’s leader in luxury real estate, announced the historic estate listing of Eleven Arches, also known as the Grace Mansion. The name of the current owner has not been disclosed.

Built in 1937 by notable architect Josias Joesler, the historic property exemplifies the iconic late 19th and 20th Century Revival architectural style. The property underwent a five-year restoration process and was then listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
