Kim Komando, the host of the popular consumer tech radio show with 3.5M+ listeners, called The Kim Komando Show, just put her Phoenix estate on the market for $6,350,000.

According to Kim Komando, the property was owned by Walt Disney’s late granddaughter, Victoria Lund, and Kim was able to purchase it as a result of a series of vetting and conversations with Bill Lund, the real estate developer who scouted the 27,000 acres in Orlando that later would become Disney World.

The 7 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom, 10,184 square-foot Spanish-contemporary estate on 1.6+ acres features a dedicated wine room, sauna, resort-quality pool and tennis court and what Kim notes as the best feature – expansive, gorgeous mountain, desert and city views. The home underwent an extensive $1.5 million renovation in 2003 when Kim moved in, and then again in 2016 she spent another $1 million to add an elevator, breakfast bar, and two office suites which are particularly timely in today’s remote working environment.
