The country’s largest homebuilder, Lennar Homes, announced the grand opening of Heritage at Asante on February 29, 2020. Heritage at Asante is part of the growing Asante development currently underway in Surprise.
Asante is the largest residential community currently underway anywhere in Arizona and its’ active adult neighborhood Heritage at Asante is a road map for adult communities of the future. It will feature 1500 homes with three different series of homes from the low 200’s.
