Shea Homes Arizona broke ground on model homes in Mesa in late September, with the community opening to the public in early 2016. Ambition at Eastmark will feature three models of Shea’s new Shea3D homes, which are extremely popular with homebuyers.
Ambition at Eastmark will offer 99 home sites, with minimum lot sizes of 45’x120’, and homes ranging from 1,723-2,869 square feet. The Shea3D plans available are named Dream, Hope, Passion and Desire, with 3-4 bedroom options to choose from. With four YourPlansTM and three lifestyle centric spaces, buyers are able to choose between 12 unique layouts at Ambition. Pricing won’t be finalized until January.
