CRE8 Commercial Real Estate embodies the expertise and vision to identify and CRE8 opportunities and the perseverance to pursue them. The team plans on leveraging all the relationships that they have built over the years by using their CRE8ivity to close the most challenging transactions. CRE8 Partner, Rommie Mojahed stated, “Andy and I have been working together for many years and it was a natural fit.”  For as long as Mojahed has been in business, he has believed in creating an environment that his team can thrive in.  Most of all, a team that will continue to grow. “I believe that we both add value to each other’s business by combining our experience and our long-term relationships. We succeed when our clients succeed.”

For the last two years Lindsey Dulle has been predominantly working as a senior advisor. She has also worn multiple hats that have led her team in their marketing efforts for the last five years. She believes in a professional approach with a personal touch. Dulle stated, “The key to establishing our own team brand has been to allow the marketing to be a reflection of the individuals I work with.” Dulle went on to express that her team is a “group of hard-working, fair, kind, and above all, professional people.” Though she will continue to deliver the best quality marketing for their team clients, she will also focus on the marketing requirements for her own clients.

Partner, Andy Kroot has over 30 years of experience and has been recognized as an expert in designing strategies for market roll-out expansions, primarily focusing on tenant representation. Some of his notable achievements include working with the Mastro Restaurant Group, Fox Restaurant Concepts, Frasco Hospitality Group, and other fast-casual restaurants such as Ahipoki Bowl, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Taco Bello, Krispy Kreme and so many others. That combined with many retailers that Mojahed has worked with such as Potato Barn, Circle K, Knockout Fitness, and Dairy Queen will empower this powerhouse retail team. Their combined experience will be unprecedented in the valley. Mojahed has also worked notably with the Economic Developers in the Town of Queen Creek, the Town of Florence, the City of Chandler, and the City of Mesa bringing in local and national retailers to the southeast valley.

“Where I am at in my career, I felt the industry is changing so rapidly that I needed to get involved with a more dynamic, younger team that has a broad knowledge of the market and partnering with Rommie and his team was a great fit. Rommie has such a dominant presence in the Southeast Valley, and I have spent most of my career focused in Phoenix. I feel we will be able to broaden our reach valley wide and create value for our clients.”

The CRE8 team is joined by Eddie Gonzalez who obtained his broker’s license a few years ago. He will now be serving as the firm’s new Designated Broker. Gonzalez is also known for his presence on social media so you will be able to follow the CRE8 journey right from any of his platforms. Arizona native, Chad Shipley who honorably retired from Phoenix Police Department as a Detective in the Crimes Against Children Unit joined the team last year. His 20-year career in research and helping the community has already been a huge asset in closing his deals since joining the team.

Kroot said, “As we go into the next cycle, I believe we will be more well equipped as a team. I have held other positions and partnerships in this business and then went on my own for the last 7 years but think a like-minded, team approach and collaboration is going to be a footprint to success for us as well as our clients.” The team will continue to focus on retail sales and leasing, land sales and new development. Mojahed stated, “Our goal for CRE8 Commercial Real Estate is to be the valley’s trusted commercial real estate resource that adds value to our clients and the community that we have been serving for many years.”
