This included Rosewood being recognized with the prestigious Gold Award for having the “Best Single Family Detached Model Home over 4,000 square feet” in North America for Rosewood’s Residence Six at its new Rosewood Highlands at Storyrock neighborhood in Scottsdale.

An independent panel of international homebuilding experts also recognized Rosewood with three Silver Awards for “Detached Community of the Year” for its Rosewood Highlands neighborhood at Storyrock in Scottsdale and for “Best
Interior Merchandising of a Model Priced over $1.5 Million” for Rosewood’s Residence Two offered at its Rosewood Canyon at Storyrock and for its Residence Six offered at its Rosewood Highlands at Storyrock.
