Sagewood, a Life Plan Community featuring a resort-like setting and amenities focused on independence and well-being in northeast Phoenix, is expanding its senior living community with high-end independent living homes, The Estates.
Inspired by hand-crafted custom homes, The Estates neighborhood will consist of 24 highly-appointed, luxury villas, single or duplex casita homes ranging from 1,926 to 3,174 square feet of spacious and open floorplans. Included in the development of this neighborhood will be a 15,000-square-foot multi-purpose event center for enjoying concerts, lecture series and events.
The Estates have been beautifully designed with scenic views of the surrounding Sonoran Desert offering landscaped courtyards, a media room, study, large chef’s kitchen with breakfast nook, an expansive covered patio with outdoor cooking area for entertaining, private attached guest casita with kitchenette and bath for visiting family and friends, and two-car garages with attached golf cart storage.
Residents of The Estates will have full access to the Sagewood community resort-style amenities and services including four dining venues, swimming pools, two movie theaters, billiards room, fitness center, library and salon.
Sagewood offers residents an attractive financial plan that provides a minimum of 80 percent refund of a one-time entrance payment no matter the length of residency. Residents also pay an ongoing monthly fee determined by the size of their selected residence. The monthly fee covers an array of services and amenities including the cost of unlimited days of long-term care at the onsite, Five Star-rated Acacia Health Center.
