SanTan Brewery’s newest beer, Steelyard Lager, is inspired by the culture of Wood Partners’ newest community, Alta Steelyard Lofts, which is just a short walk from SanTan’s brewpub in downtown Chandler.
The beer is crisp and clear, reflecting the modern and dynamic personality of Alta Steelyard Lofts, and the local community. The 5.5 percent alcohol by volume brew will be available at SanTan’s brewpub, and at other local bars in the Phoenix area.

As the first new apartment community in downtown Chandler in more than 20 years, Alta Steelyard Lofts offers thoughtfully designed units that connect residents to the community.
The 301-unit complex was built on the site of a historic steel fabrication facility and incorporated recycled materials in the community’s design. Additionally, the complex’s prime location allows residents to enjoy the best that Chandler has to offer.
