SVN Desert Commercial Advisors in Phoenix were one of a hundred or so SVN brokerages across the country that attended the 2017 National Conference last week at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Phoenix. Corporate brought in chief principals and influences from corporate, including, President and CEO, Kevin Maggiacomo and Chief Operating Officer, Diane Danielson. SVN was ranked #6 in the LIPSEY’s Top 25 Brands of the most recognizable commercial real estate firms in the nation this year; marking consecutive top rankings year after year.
The conference brought in over 120 attendees to this year’s conference. COO, Danielson expressed how important the SVN employment brand is among the top leaders in the industry and addressed some overall operational plans and preparation and awareness of cyber-security for the brokerage firms.
SVN Desert Commercial Advisors is the largest SVN brokerage in the State of Arizona. Managing Director, Perry Laufenberg stated, “It was great to welcome the top Managing Directors from around the country to Phoenix and show them the exciting things that are happening in our market and at our local office.” Prior to the conference, dozens of managing director’s got together for some team building and a friendly visit to the new SVN Phoenix office.
One of the panel speakers, Managing Director Mike Gallegos from Imbrie Realty in Portland, Oregon spoke to the attendees about “Getting Advisors to the next level.” Gallegos has been instrumental in additional advisor training for other offices. “We accomplished our original goals as a company by a gritty, boot-strap style approach based on hard work,” said Gallegos. He continued to express, “Now our next phase of growth requires even more focus and dedication to mastering our craft and elevating our presence.”
