Taylor Morrison bought 98.57 acres of land in Queen Creek for $12,412,200, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda.

The land is located at northwest corner of South Ellsworth Road and East Chandler Heights Boulevard in Queen Creek.

The land is broken down into 287 platted and engineered lots. The land is intended to be part of Phase 1 of the proposed Ellsworth Ranch residential community. The sale price breaks down to $43,248.08 per lot.

The seller was EIP Ellsworth Feedlot.
