Following the recent announcement by Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HHH) of the first four homebuilders to join Teravalis, the company announced today the addition of Century Communities to its growing roster. Century Communities will join Lennar, Brightland Homes, KB Home, and Courtland Communities as the first to build in Floreo, the first village being developed in Teravalis. To date, Century Communities has purchased 114 lots within Floreo at Teravalis.

The grand opening of Floreo, expected to bring 5,000 homes to Teravalis over the next decade, is currently slated for 2025, with additional homebuilders to be announced in the upcoming months.
