Tom Johnston joins Savills Studley’s Phoenix office

Savills Studley has hired commercial real estate industry veteran Tom Johnston as a Senior Managing Director in its Phoenix office.  This key new hire builds on the recent aggressive recruitment success Senior Vice President and Branch Manager Tiffany Winne has been spearheading locally.

Johnston will focus his efforts on serving the Greater Phoenix area, using his strong business expertise to provide clients with a macro perspective of how real estate should complement their overall business goals.

Prior to joining Savills Studley, Johnston held executive positions for Cushman & Wakefield, PhoenixMart LLC., and Voit Real Estate Services.  During his tenure with Cushman & Wakefield, he expanded the firm’s reach in Arizona and directed the integration and collaboration of all service lines within the global company.

He currently serves as Chairman of NAIOP and has been instrumental in bolstering its mentorship program with the Developing Leaders. He is also active with other trade organizations and his alma mater, Columbia University.
