Velocity Retail Group sold a 38,826 square foot retail building for $9,000,000, located at 6950 W. Bell Road in Glendale, Arizona. The property is situated in the Arrowhead trade area and is adjacent to several national furniture concepts. The building was listed by Velocity Retail Group’s Investment Division with Eli Castronova, and Richard Francis.

The Buyer, Premier Commercial Properties, LLC and Breunig Bell Rd., LLC were represented by Darren Pitts of Velocity Retail Group, Bob Crum, of Ross Brown Partners, Inc., and Bo Breunig. The building was 100% occupied, and tenants include Creative Leather, Sparks Furniture, and Baker Bros.
