Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. negotiated a long-term lease bringing a new location of Western Career Institute to 7107 N. Black Canyon Highway.
The educational institution has leased the entire 6,805-square-foot, freestanding building and plans to take occupancy at the end of this year.

“Western Career Institute came to us intrigued by the building’s outstanding freeway signage opportunities,” said Curtis Chickerneo. “Since the building has been untouched for 20 years, the condition of the property created some challenges. Neutron Industries was a great client with whom to work in regard to solving these issues to produce a great product for the tenant.”
Chickerneo and Keri Scott of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Neutron Industries of Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Western Career Institute represented itself in the lease negotiations.
