Renovations are in full swing at the Scottsdale property that once housed Livewire, with LGE Design Build looking to complete construction on a new Mexican eatery and high-end bowling alley that will take over the two-story space before the end of the year.

The $4 million renovation project kicked off in July, with the expanded, 16,238- square-foot space at 7340 Indian Plaza in Scottsdale set to house Casa Amigos and Sky Lanes when it opens its doors later this winter.

“This is a pretty extensive renovation project, so we wanted to partner with the real deal,” said Les Corieri, who co-owns Evening Entertainment Group, the company behind both new concepts. “We’ve seen what LGE can do time and time again across the Valley, and for us, they were the obvious choice.”

On the bottom floor of the space, guests can anticipate open-air dining and an expansive bar in a setting that transforms into a lively club scene once the lights go down. Upstairs visitors can enjoy dance music, bowling and bottle service well into the night.

“It’s going to be well-received in this area, where nightlife reigns supreme,” said LGE Design Build President and CEO David Sellers. “When a venue around here has the Corieri name attached to it, you know it’s going to leave its mark, and we’re honored to be a part of it.”

Construction on the property will wrap on or around Dec. 18, 2017, with both venues expected to open shortly thereafter.
