BASIS Schools Completes $2M Purchase of Ahwatukee Office Building


Cassidy Turley completed the sale of Mosaica Office Building, a 65,900 SF, Class C office building at 10210 S. 50th Place in Phoenix. BASIS Schools purchased the property for $2M from Educational Facilities Acquisitions of Phoenix.

Cassidy Turley Arizona’s Executive Vice President Eric Wichterman and Vice President Mike Coover negotiated the sale transaction along with Terry Warren of Arizona Charter Commercial Realty.

Founded in 1998 in Tucson, BASIS Schools is a college preparatory school that educates American students at the same level as international students in top performing countries such as Finland, Canada, and Japan.

It has achieved top national rankings with a rigorous liberal arts curriculum. BASIS currently has eight Arizona locations with new schools opening in 2013-2014.

Built in 1985 and renovated in 2006, 10210 S. 50th Place is configured for school set-up and located in the prestigious community of Ahwatukee Foothills. Once the home of Ahwatukee Foothills Prep, the building was vacant at the time of sale. BASIS Ahwatukee is projected to open August 2013
