Potato Barn Unique Home Furnishings signed a 34,613 SF lease at Scottsdale 101 in the former Circuit City space. Potato Barn recently relocated from the Pavilions at Talking Stick.
Mary Ridberg and Rommie Mojahed, directors of leasing at Sperry Van Ness, represented the tenant. Scottsdale 101 leasing is represented by Macerich.
“This new Scottsdale 101 location is sure to add value to this market deserving of an upscale furniture retailer,” Ridberg said. “There are several new lines to be carried within the store.”
Potato Barn is a local retailer with more than 10 years in the Valley. It also has a store in Gilbert off Power and Ray roads.
“We had a lot of fun at the Indian Bend location, but we have an exciting new concept and look forward to opening at this new location,” said Mike Bongiorno, Partner with Potato Barn.
