Summit Health Inc. signed a 66-month lease for 20,189 SF at Cornell Technology Center, 17301 N. Perimeter Dr., in Scottsdale.
This is the first Arizona office for the Novi, Mich.-based Summit Health Inc. The company provides workplace wellness and support programs for employers and health plans among others.
Steve Farrell, Principal with Lee & Associates negotiated on behalf of Summit Health. Bryan Taute of CBRE represented the landlord, Cornwell Corporation. Cornwell owns dozens of commercial properties throughout the Valley.
