Cassidy Turley announced that Tammy B. Karth-Sidles has joined the firm’s property management team as Vice President.
Karth-Sidles will oversee all operations of the property management portfolio and staff in Cassidy Turley’s Arizona office. In addition, she will be responsible for strategic business planning and management of client relationships.
“Tammy is an accomplished and respected professional in the industry, and she will be a valuable asset to the strong property management team we have in-place,” said Paul F. Klink, Managing Director and Principal at Cassidy Turley.
Karth-Sidles has more than 27 years of experience in the real estate industry, with her primary focus on property management for commercial properties in Arizona and other Western U.S. states.
Most recently she worked for Lincoln Property Company where she was the Director of Management Services, Desert West Region. In her position, she managed a 6 MSF portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties in Arizona, Nevada, Utah and New Mexico.
Prior to LPC, she served as Senior Vice President, Regional Director, West Region for Northmarq Real Estate Services, managing a 7 MSF portfolio, and Senior Director of Property Management, West Region, for Opus Property Services, where she managed a 10 MSF portfolio.
Karth-Sidles is a graduate of University of Nebraska and a licensed Arizona realtor. She is a member of NAIOP, BOMA, Commercial Real Estate and Tax Equity (CREATE), Society of Property Professionals and Phoenix Community Alliance.
