A vacant land parcel near Baseline and Sossaman Roads in Mesa was sold to Goldfield Medical Clinics LLC by Fox Family Business LLC, according to the brokers on the deal.
ORION Investment Real Estate Senior Vice President Nick Miner represented both the seller, Fox Family Business, and the buyer, Goldfield Medical Clinics, in the $250,000 sale.
The land is located at 7615 E. Baseline Rd. at a signalized intersection. The land is approximately 49,500 square feet, with approximately 190 feet of frontage on Baseline Road and 460 feet of frontage on Sossaman Road.
“The buyer plans to build a much needed medical practice for this underserved area, which is a great use for this property. This was excess property for (the) seller. (The) seller was excited to see that the buyer will be building a medical property at this location,” Miner said.
