Renowned country-singer Dierks Bentley is opening up his third Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row next month in Gilbert in partnership with Riot Hospitality Group.

The new Whiskey Row will open on Monday, Feb. 27 at Heritage Marketplace on the Southeast corner of Gilbert Road and Vaughn Avenue.

The 8,700-square-foot restaurant will include a large outdoor patio with space for outdoor games like cornhole and ping-pong, an outside dance floor with a stage inside and large windows facing downtown.

At the new location, live music will be played on the weekends and there will be over 50 beers on tap and TVs throughout the venue. The restaurant will also include a menu that is 30 percent larger than other Whiskey Row locations.

“This Class A restaurant was developed using best-in-class construction featuring reclaimed woods and steel, with an emphasis on high ceilings and natural light, giving the restaurant the feeling of an old barn or trading post,” said Ryan Hibbert, CEO of Riot Hospitality Group.

A fourth Whiskey Row is planned to open in Nashville this summer.
