Cien Agaves Tacos & Tequila — an award-winning restaurant known for its scratch-made Mexican cuisine, handcrafted margaritas, and collection of 100 hand-selected premium agave spirits — will open its newest eatery in Chandler, 900 N. 54th St., Suite 1, at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5. The 5,000-square-foot Cien Agaves Chandler can welcome up to 300 guests, with seating for 250 and an additional 50 guests across two patios. The other Cien Agaves is in Old Town Scottsdale.

The celebration includes: 3 p.m. happy hour giveaways for the first 75 guests; 4 p.m. official ribbon-cutting and grand opening celebration; 4 to 8 p.m. complimentary tequila and beer tastings from “featured partners.”

Cien Agaves Chandler will feature a scratch-made menu, handcrafted cocktails, and curated selection of premium tequilas and mezcals, led by Executive Chef Memo Bracamonte.

“Inspired by our travels through Tequila, Jalisco and visits to some of the region’s incredible distilleries, my business partner and co-founder, Bob Schulken, and I created a space that celebrates the traditions of agave culture while embracing a fresh contemporary Mexican aesthetic,” said Roque Jimenez, co-founder and owner of Cien Agaves.

A hallmark of the Cien Agaves experience is its celebrated 100% Agave spirits program, featuring more than 100 premium tequilas and mezcals from heritage distilleries and small-batch producers.

Happy hour will be from 3 to 6 p.m. daily, offering $7 Cien-a-ritas, half-off appetizers, $3 tinga tacos, $5 Modelo especial and Negra Modelo beers, and $2 off all wines by the glass.
