Cushman & Wakefield announced that A-1 Garage Door Services has relocated to 2405 W. University Dr. in Tempe in order to expand its operations in the Valley.
The company subleased 16,675 square feet of space at Park Lane North, an industrial facility located in Northwest Tempe. This lease more than doubles A-1 Garage Door Services’ space from its previous Tempe location. The facility is used for warehousing and distribution of garage doors and related materials. Communications Supply Corporation subleased the space to A-1 Garage Door Services.
Senior Director Paul Sweetland and Director Justin LeMaster of Cushman & Wakefield represented A-1 Garage Door Services, LLC in the lease negotiations. Bill Hunsaker of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Communications Supply Corporation.
“This new location for A-1 Garage Door Services provides prominent exposure on University Drive as well as excellent access for the company to service the entire valley with close proximity to major freeways,” said Mr. Sweetland. “This is another positive indication that local companies are continuing to expand in our market”
