SVN closes more than $1.5 million in lease transactions

SVN’s Phoenix offices closed out February with $1.5 million in lease transactions, which includes medical offices, and office space.

Rommie Mojahed and Mary Nollenberger leased 1,408 square-feet of medical office space to Kyle Huish with Smile Today Peoria, LLC. The property is located at 13460 N. 94th Dr. in Peoria. The tenant was represented by Mojahed and Nollenberger with SVN and the landlord was represented by Plaza Companies.

Judy Jones and Shari A. Tucker have leased 1,200 square-feet to Mayra Leticia Rosas Lopez with Antojitos Agridulce. The property is at the Brown & Horne Center, located at 730 E. Brown Rd. in Mesa. The landlord, was represented by Desert Commercial Advisors.

Justin Horwitz and Paul Borgesen III leased 1,262 square-feet of office space to Steven Durand with Educational Options Foundation, LLC.  The property is located at 18425 N. 51st Ave. in Glendale.  The tenant was represented by SVN, Desert Commercial Advisors.
