Big crowd celebrates People and Projects to Know for 2020

About 200 attendees gathered on Tuesday night to toast the release of the annual People and Projects to Know (PTK) publication at the inaugural PTK Pop-Up Party at Camelback Lakes Corporate Center in Phoenix. PTK is a yearly publication that honors commercial real estate professionals in Arizona and the major developments and deals that are changing the landscape in the state.

The party was a way to celebrate and recognize the people highlighted in the 2020 PTK edition. The party was designed to be a relaxed evening of networking with no formal announcements or speeches. Attendees were able to grab a drink, work their way over to the taco bar and then hit the dessert table that was overflowing with mini-cupcakes.

The leasing company for Camelback Lakes Corporate Center, Cushman & Wakefield, was also providing tours of newly renovated offices. The renovations included the amenity lounge where the PTK Pop-Up Party was held. The amenity lounge featured a kitchen, a meeting space, a lounge area, and an outdoor patio. 

The event was hosted by AZRE Magazine. The presenting sponsors of the event were Cushman & Wakefield and Mainstreet Capital Partners. The event drink sponsor was Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie and the event sponsor was Enterprise Bank & Trust.
