Katie Haydon

Katie Haydon is CEO of Haydon, where she leads the company’s long-term strategy, growth and culture. A Phoenix native, she earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Arizona State University and an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, an experience she credits with shaping her global perspective and people-first leadership philosophy.

After beginning her career in corporate accounting and later serving as controller for a Phoenix-based land development company, Katie joined Haydon in 2010. Over the years, she has held a variety of leadership roles, gaining a deep understanding of every facet of the business. Her commitment to developing people, strengthening company culture and positioning Haydon for long-term success ultimately led to her appointment as CEO.

Katie’s leadership is informed by international experience, including living in Madrid, Spain, and traveling to more than 27 countries, where she developed a lasting appreciation for diverse cultures, collaboration and innovation.
