Arizona REALTORS announce 2023 executive committee

The Arizona REALTORS held its annual Leadership Conference in Tucson and installed its 2023 state and regional Association officers.

Eric Gibbs, designated broker of Realty One Group Integrity in Tucson, will assume the position of Arizona REALTORS® 2023 President, serving with Shelley Ostrowski, 2023 President-Elect, of Realty ONE Group Gateway in Yuma; Sulinda “Sindy” Ready, 2023 First Vice President of RE/MAX Excalibur in Scottsdale; and Mandy Neat, 2023 Treasurer, of Realty One Group Paradise Valley in Phoenix. 

Gibbs has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, having previously served as President of the Tucson Association of REALTORS® in 2016, as well as on numerous committees and work groups including the Arizona REALTORS® Legislative Committee and the National Association of REALTORS® Governance Game Changer Presidential Advisory Group.

“It is an honor to serve as state president for the Arizona REALTORS®,” said Gibbs. “I look forward to advancing the Association’s vision and taking our equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives to the next level in the coming year.”

Pat Devine returns to CBRE in Phoenix

CBRE announced that Pat Devine has returned to the company as a Senior Vice President with the Industrial & Logistics practice in Phoenix. Mr. Devine will specialize in investor leasing, tenant representation and development advisory services.

Most recently, Mr. Devine served as a Senior Vice President for Artis REIT, where he was responsible for the leasing and management of six million-sq.-ft. of office and industrial projects in Phoenix, Denver, Minneapolis and Houston. Mr. Devine was also involved in evaluating property acquisitions and development opportunities.

“Pat brings 25 years of brokerage, asset management and development experience to his clients,” said Paul Komadina, Senior Managing Director for CBRE in Phoenix. “Pat’s knowledge, discipline, and focus on client outcomes will make him an exceptional asset to CBRE and the clients we serve.”

Prior to his tenure at Artis REIT, Mr. Devine spent nearly four years at Cushman & Wakefield and a combined 15 years at CBRE and Trammell Crow Company specializing in institutional investor leasing.

CPR Construction Cleaning’s Corina Burton earns honor

Corina Burton, Co-Owner and CMO of CPR Construction Cleaning, has been named by Franchise Dictionary Magazine as a 2022 “Woman of Wonder.”

Burton co-founded CPR Construction Cleaning in 2019 and created a brand that has quickly grown to dominate the construction cleaning industry. CPR began franchising in July 2022 and is currently operating 11 franchise units with plans to open in four additional markets by end of 2022.
