Santé announces promotions and additions to executive team

Santé announced the promotion of former SVP of Sales and Business Development, Mark Hunt, as chief operating officer of the company.

Hunt, who has been with Santé since March, has implemented key business development and sales initiatives for the Santé family of companies, including transitional rehabilitation, home health, senior housing and hospice verticals. Hunt brings two decades of general management, operational and sales expertise in post-acute care services to this role.

“Although Mark has been with us a relatively short time, his impact has already been immeasurable,” said Santé CEO Mark Hansen. “I expect to see great things with him at the helm of operations and am excited for major growth in this next chapter.”

Dan Strickland, a veteran marketing executive in the tech and healthcare industries, has been appointed senior director of marketing for Santé. In this role, Strickland will oversee inbound and outbound marketing strategy, as well as corporate communications and brand development initiatives for the company. He joins Santé’s senior leadership team and will work closely with Mr. Hunt.

“We are excited to welcome Dan, as he brings a mastery of brand storytelling as well as a thorough understanding of the healthcare market to the job,” said Mark Hunt. “In the second half of 2022, he’ll play a vital role in creating digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness of Santé communities.”

For the past three years, Strickland served as the National Director of Marketing for Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services, a skilled nursing staffing group. In this role, he created enterprise-wide marketing and demand generation strategies, as well as managed their in-house marketing team, corporate communications, omnichannel digital advertising and community engagement.
