Background: In his liquor licensing practice, Anderson provides advice and counsel concerning a full range of issues related to the manufacture, importation, distribution, and sale of spirituous liquors within the state of Arizona. In his receivership and bankruptcy practice, Anderson is dedicated to providing practical advice to fiduciaries managing complex organizations in distressed financial situations. Anderson has extensive experience as legal counsel to court-appointed receivers in the state and federal courts of Arizona including actions brought by the State of Arizona through the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, the Arizona Corporation Commission, the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions and the Arizona Department of Insurance.
