Legacy Sports USA Chief Operating Officer Jeff de Laveaga announced today Bell Bank Park, the new 320-acre, multi-use family sports and entertainment complex in Mesa, has signed a multi-year agreement with Park University (Gilbert, Ariz.) to be the new home for Park Gilbert athletics, starting in 2022.  Buccaneers teams that will call the new facility home include Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Volleyball, Beach Volleyball and Softball.

“Legacy Sports USA is excited to bring Park University athletics to Bell Bank Park,” de Laveaga said.  “We align with Park University’s sports mission and want to provide the athletes and students the opportunity to train and compete at our world-class facilities.”

Park University Gilbert Campus is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and competes in 15 different sports in the California Pacific Conference (CALPAC), and the Buccaneers won the CALPAC Women’s Volleyball Championships in 2021.

“The state-of-the-art facilities at Bell Bank Park will provide our teams and athletes one of the best experiences in all of NAIA and CALPAC,” said Athletic Director Jeff Fore. “Our partnership with Legacy Sports USA and Bell Bank Park enhances our experience to focus on our championship goals and student success inside and outside the classroom.”

During the past three years, the Park University Gilbert Arizona campus has enjoyed tremendous academic and athletic success through various partnerships and strategic alliances
